Benin City, Jan. 5, 2024 – The Okomu Oil Palm Company P l c (the Company) wishes to inform the Nigerian Exchange Limited (the Exchange), its shareholders and the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Company will consider by circularization, the 2023 Q4 Unaudited Financial Statements (2023 Q4 UFS) on the 26th of January 2024.
In compliance with the provisions of Rule 17.18(a): Closed Period, Rulebook of the Nigerian Exchange Limited as amended, the Company commenced a Closed Period from 1st January 2024 for trading in its shares and will continue until 24 hours after the 2023 Q4 UFS and the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2023 have been released to the market.
Consequently, no insider and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company during the Closed Period.
