Benin City, January 11, 2024 – Board Meeting to be held on Thursday the 25th day of January 2024
This is to notify the shareholders of Presco PLC, Nigerian Exchange Limited, (NGX) and the investing public that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Presco PLC (the Company) wil be held as scheduled on Thursday the 25th day of January 2024, to among others, approve the unaudited financial statements for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2023 (04 2023 UFS).
Consequently, pursuant to Rule 17.18 (a): of the closed period rule of NGX, the Company commenced its closed period on January 1, 2024, which wil remain ni force until 24 hours after the Q4 2023 UFS have been filed with NGX. The closed period will also continue to be in force until 24 hours after the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 3| December 2023 is released to the market.
Therefore, no Director, person discharging managerial responsibility, employees with sensitive information and other insiders of the Company and their connected persons shall directly or indirectly deal ni the securities of the Company during the closed period.
